Listing stats show how your property is performing. Impressions = how many times your listing appeared in search results. Clicks = how many people opened your listing detail page. Inspections = how many inspection requests were made. Conversations = how many chats were started from your listing. Messages = total messages exchanged in those conversations. You can view these stats in the My Listings section of your account.
Stats are updated once per day by a nightly automated job. The numbers reflect activity up to the end of the previous day, so today's activity will appear tomorrow morning.
Stats are derived from backend activity logs and processed overnight. If your listing was recently published, or the nightly job hasn't run yet, stats will appear empty. They will populate automatically after the first overnight run.
No. Stats are tied to your listing's unique ID and accumulate over time. Editing details, updating photos, or republishing your listing does not reset or affect your historical stats.
